I just got into a massive Spam Attack with around 60 posts beeing made in a couple of hours, which luckely have been filtered out by WordPress to 99%. But then again, it's really annoying to have to deal with those messages in my mail inbox anyway. The next couple days I'll propably update the WordPress version up here as well as to put in some input tags hidden by css, so I can reliably filter out Machine generated Spam in the future.

Have you tried Akismet (http://www.akismet.com/)? I use it over at Betaflow (http://www.betaflow.com/) and it is absolutely fantastic - 99.9% of spam is caught by it and it doesn't give you those email notifications either. All Wordpess 2.0 users get a free Akismet key I believe, I forget how I got mine - it's great.

Hi Michael, I heard about Akismet, but didn't have the time to look deeper into it. But you are right, I should give it a try when I do my update here.
